Refund policy
Here at Lena James & Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be in correspondence with us, any returns without prior correspondence will not be accepted.

Exchanges: Customer pays return shipping, we pay to ship the new item
Return for store credit: 100% refund as store credit
Return for refund: Order refunded minus our original shipping costs
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these cases we will send you a return label and offer you a choice of a replacement, store credit, or full refund to your original payment.
International Orders
We ship to Canada and the UK. Due to high shipping costs, all international orders are final and not eligible for exchanges or returns. Each order is carefully inspected to ensure items are in perfect condition. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will provide appropriate compensation. If you wish to return an international order, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and you will be refunded the order total minus the original shipping cost.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will initiate the refund immediately. You can chose to receive a store credit (available immediately) or you should see your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
